Join us for a gentle and nourishing morning to mark the Summer Solstice… a time to pause, reset and reconnect 🤍This morning retreat is designed to help you slow down and step away from the busyness of everyday life, with space to move, breathe and simply be.
Together we will share a gently held morning including:
✨ Cacao to open the heart
✨ Gentle yoga to awaken the body
✨ Grounding drumming
✨ A deeply restorative sound bath
Alongside this, there will be space for quieter moments, reflection, and a few gentle elements that will unfold on the day...
We also have access to outdoor space, allowing us to spend time in nature and connect with the energy of the solstice 🌿

A calm, welcoming space where you can fully relax, unwind and take time just for yourself
🧺 What to bring:
✔️ Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
✔️ Blanket and cosy layers
✔️ Cushion/pillow for comfort
