Step aboard one of London’s most iconic historic ships for a truly unique Summer Solstice experience.
Join us on Sunday 21st June for an immersive gong bath and yin yoga session set against the backdrop of the Thames, as the sun begins to set on the longest day of the year.
This 75-minute practice is designed to slow you down, ground your body, and create space for reflection and renewal. Expect a gentle, meditative yin sequence, followed by a deeply restorative gong bath, with a bespoke soundscape inspired by water, travel, and new beginnings.
Hosted aboard The Golden Hinde, this is a rare opportunity to experience yoga in a setting unlike any other - intimate, atmospheric, and completely removed from the pace of the city.
