The morning begins with an energizing fitness class, designed to awaken the body, boost circulation, and set the tone for a balanced day ahead.
From there, transition into a guided facial masking workshop led by Professional Medical Esthetician Bri Faas, where you’ll learn how to properly care for and protect your skin during the summer months. With a focus on hydration, barrier support, and sun safety, this session will leave you with a refreshed, educated routine that feels both approachable and effective.
