Upon check-in contestants will randomly pick a question that will be answered interview style on mic with Penny during the contest after a lil walk for the judges.
Line up 3:45pm.
Contest at 4:00pm.
Judging is based on outfit/personal style, personality, stage presence, and crowd interaction!
