About this Event
Join Yogini Veronika Gasiunaite and Colour Therapist Momtaz Begum-Hossain for a mindful day retreat designed to help you relax and re-set. Sessions are free to attend and take place inside the beautiful waterfront café and community space Well Bean Co in the Royal Docks, Newham, East London.
Our soothing summer Saturdays will feature meditation, yoga and craft sessions, along with seminars on three different themes:
Sat 6th of July: Happiness
Learn tips and tricks for a happier, healthier life.
Sat 3rd of August: Self-love
A blissful celebration of 'me-time,' get ready to put yourself first.
Sat 7th of September: Healing
Make space to pause, breathe and heal in this supportive environment.
Please note, you only need to book only one date from this series of events.
A nourishing plant based lunch will be provided on the day for all participants. If you have any dietary requirements, after booking your ticket, please email [email protected].
These retreats are supported by the Culture Within Newham programme with the aim of connecting communities in Newham, giving them the opportunity to enjoy a mindful, creative experience while connect with likeminded people, to feel the healing power of community.
Culture Within Newham have commissioned a ‘Summer of Wellbeing’ to take place across Newham from June-September 2024. The Summer of Wellbeing is a series of free events aimed at bringing creative wellbeing to everyone in Newham.
Spaces are limited. Please only book if you can attend. If you book a space and are no longer able to make it, please cancel your ticket to give someone else the opportunity to attend.
