We warmly invite you to our Summer Memorial Service. With your permission, we will honour your loved ones by reading their names during the service.
This gathering will be a time for reflection and remembrance of those dear to us who have passed away.
If you would like to attend and/or wish to have your loved one(s) remembered at the service, please share the following information.
If you plan to attend, please provide;
-Your name and number of guests
-The name(s) of loved one(s) you wish to be remembered
If you are unable to attend but want your loved one(s) to be honoured, please provide;
-Your loved ones full name
We are more than happy to commemorate as many of your beloved family and friends as you wish.
