Soulful Saturday #10 - Summer Half Day Retreat - Raising Money to Help Save The Lodge Space.
With Jenny Haynes - (Mind and Body Trainer at Third Space London, Facilitator for Liverpool FC, Fearne Cotton's Happy Place, Verve Festival, Virgin Atlantic, Nike & More).
Join me, Jenny for a Saturday Half Day Retreat, giving you space to expand your yoga practice, delve into meditation, breathwork, Cacao, Sound & community. Set in the beautiful main studio at the lodge, overlooking nature and full of natural light, I wouldn't miss this one!
When I first walked into the Lodge Space, back in 2022, I fell in love pretty much immediately. With the studio, the community, the atmosphere...it's a space that really cares about giving back. I booked the studio for my first event there immediately & it's since become the home to all of my retreats & event. I joined the teaching team back in January 2024, and the lodge has become a really special place for me, and for so many others. It's a community studio that really cares.
Unfortunately, like so many other community spaces, the Lodge has been hit by the rising costs of living, and needs our support to stay open. They have some amazing plans to help shift things for the long term, but need our help urgently over the next couple of months.
SO, as a way to say thank you for all the help and magic this space and team have offered me - I will be runnning this retreat in order to raise funds for the lodge space. All money for this event will be donated to keeping the Lodge Space open, thriving and serving community.

✨2pm-3.30pm Yang to Yin Yoga FLOW (All Levels)
✨ 3.30-3.45pm - Break
✨ 3.45-4.15pm - CACAO CEREMONY
✨ 4.15-5pm CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK JOURNEY
✨ 5-5.30pm SOUND BATH

💫The attention to detail & multi-sensory elements complimented an absolutely memorable experience. I feel blessed to have been a member of the group to attend both parts & my heart & soul a little fuller & richer for it.
💫 ' The mindfulness/meditation in the second half of the day, really opened something that I didn’t expect, but because of Jenny’s support, I found it a really safe space to explore further, which I otherwise might not have. Also the breath work at the beginning of the day was mind blowing! Literally 🔥
💫Massive, massive thanks for today!! I was pretty sure it would be good, but it really was fantastic and such a positive experience. The space where so many people feel comfortable and able to get what they need from a practice was seriously impressive!
💫 You have no idea how eye and heart opening that was. My husband and I loved your class, along with personal reflection; the class helped us open up a channel to discuss about our feelings or just check in with each other on an emotional level and I think we forgot to do that in a very long time. Felt so calm and at peace and personally I am learning to be patient and your breath-work routine along with your guidance along with it was really helped ! Best Sunday spent after a really long time!
💫LOVED YOUR WORKSHOP. LOVED IT!! I have loved your way being a mix of science and holistic approach! Very close to mine approach as well..Quantum physics, namaste! Hahaha. It is something I was and am looking for among holistic communities. See you at the next one
