About this Event
Join us for a gentle, guided Summer Forest Bathing Walk designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and settle into the steady presence of the forest. This immersive experience invites you to step away from daily busyness and into the living rhythms of the forest, offering time for mindful presence, nature connection, grounding practices, and Tea Gathering.
What to Expect
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Your experience begins with a guided forest bathing session, led by a Certified Nature and Forest Bathing Guide. Through mindfulness and sensory-based invitations, you’ll be supported to slow down, notice your surroundings, and come into the present moment.
This practice encourages you to Slow Down • Soften • Soak in Summer, helping you feel more grounded and at ease in the forest. The walk concludes with a Tea Gathering and light seasonal snacks, offering time for shared reflection in good company.
On this guided journey, you will:
- Engage your senses through mindful observation of the forest’s textures, sounds, and scents
- Participate in gentle grounding practices designed to support presence and calm
- Experience the restorative effects of slowing down and tuning into the natural world
- Leave feeling settled, refreshed, and more connected to yourself and nature
Tea Gathering
The forest bathing walk concludes with a Tea Gathering, offering time to rest and gently integrate your experience. You’ll be guided through a simple tea ritual, inviting presence, gratitude, and connection.
This part of the experience includes:
- Time to pause and settle after the forest walk
- A mindful tea ritual enjoyed together in nature
- Space for quiet reflection or optional shared conversation
- Light snacks to enjoy
