About this Event
This class is a total body workout that will get your heart rate pumping and will include a warm up followed by blocks of body-weight exercises that target the upper body, lower body, core and cardio for a full body experience. We will end with a cool down and some stretching. The class is high intensity, but modifications will be offered for all fitness levels.
