What would you need to bring?


  1. Have some water available nearby
  2. Keep you Zoom Camera on if you are not uncomfortable. (This is a safe place to connect)
  3. Wear comfortable clothing.
  4. Arrive few minutes earlier.

After the dance session we are going to have a short grounding and meditation session. This will further help you feel more relaxed happy and motivated.


On a weekend morning we are usually too tired from the rest of the week or take care of errands. Dedicate these few hours to yourself for your happiness and so that you can manage your emotions better.


Dance is an excellent way to connect the mind-body. In fact it has been used by our ancestors for the purpose of spirituality for power for release and for various reasons.


Allow yourself to feel the joy of movement.

You can also keep the Zoom camera off to be in the privacy of your room.


The BEST way to dance is to dance without any rules without fear of judgment and simply to express ourselves through our bodies. This can have a beautiful healing effect that in time reflects in your personality and in your life.


Dancing is a great way of cultivating body awareness.

It is also a beautiful act of Self- Love!
