Flow + Release: Summer Balance A 6-Week Yoga Series to Cool Down, Build Strength + Avoid Burnout
Summer heat has arrived. And here is what it does: it turns up the volume on everything. Energy is high so we take on more, commit to more, push further. The schedule fills up fast. Agitation creeps in. And before we know it we are burned out before August even arrives.
Heat amplifies.
This series is built to work with that energy, not fight it.
Rooted in Ayurvedic principles, each class uses the energy summer gives us to build real strength, then balances it with cooling practices to keep the body and mind from tipping into overdrive. Energizing flow in the first half, deep rest and restoration in the second. Plus breathwork and somatic tools you can take off the mat and into your week.
All levels welcome. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this series meets you where you are.

Your instructor Stefanie Boettle is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and E-RYT 500 with a background in somatic movement, Ayurvedic principles, and corporate wellbeing.
