Sun, Sand & Sprinkles! This 4-day beach themed decorating camp is designed for aspiring cake artists ready to level up their skills and create showstopping treats.

Campers will decorate sugar cookies, cake pops, and cakesicles before bringing it all together with a beach-inspired cake, topped with their own edible creations.

Along the way, they'll learn piping techniques, explore trendy designs, and pick up expert tips from former Food Network contestant Mayra Garcia, helping each camper build confidence and creativity in the kitchen.

Mon 13: Learn how to make Royal Icing & decorate Sugar Cookies (8)

Tues 14: Learn how to make American Buttercream, Cake Pops (4) & Cakesicles (4)

Wed 15: Intro to Cake Decorating, learn how to crumb coat and decorate a tall 4" cake.

Thurs 16: Learn multiple piping techniques, finish decorating cake with toppers.

Skill Level: Beginner

One application per Camper

Aprons and all supplies/ tools are provided for use during class

We will provide boxes for campers to take home their desserts in

Please note that the class is hands-on. Wear clothing you don't mind getting a little messy in.

Camp Rules:

1. Be kind and respectful

To instructors, fellow campers, and everyone's creations! No yucking someone else's yum.

2. Clean hands, clean space

Wash hands before we start and help keep your station tidy. Long hair must be tied back.

3. Listen during demos

When instructions are being given, tools go down and eyes up.

4. Taste safely (and only when allowed)

We'll have plenty of treats- but no sneaky bites during decorating time.

5. Be patient with yourself

Learning new skills takes time. Mistakes = part of the process!

6. Raise your hand for help

We're here to help- no struggling in silence (or frosting frustration!).

7. Have fun and get creative!

This is your chance to experiment with dessert decorating and try new ideas.

Informed Consent, Release, and Waiver of Liability I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all cake, cookie and dessert decorating activities offered by celebrateME during the selected camp session. In consideration for my child’s participation, I acknowledge and understand that camp activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, or property damage, whether arising from participation in activities or travel to and from camp. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless celebrateME, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, agents, representatives, affiliates, and any owners or lessors of premises used for camp activities, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my child’s participation in camp, including claims of negligence. In the event of illness or injury, I authorize celebrateME and its representatives to secure emergency medical treatment for my child as deemed necessary. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me prior to such treatment. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical care provided. I certify that my child is physically able to participate in the camp activities and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. I agree to inform celebrateME of any changes to this information prior to participation. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Informed Consent, Release, and Waiver of Liability, fully understand its terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
