Workshop Description
This workshop examines substance abuse in the workplace and its impact on employee wellbeing, job performance, safety, and organizational culture. Participants will review common signs of possible substance-related impairment, the effects of substance use on workplace functioning, and appropriate ways to respond within professional, ethical, and organizational boundaries. The training is designed to help professionals better understand the issue, respond appropriately to concerns, and support a safer and more informed workplace environment.
