- **3:30 PM**: HIIT Class – Get your heart pumping with an invigorating High-Intensity Interval Training session that will energize your afternoon.
- **4:45 PM**: Raw Cooking Demonstration – Discover the art of healthy cooking with a raw foods expert, showcasing delicious and nutritious recipes.
- **5:30 PM**: Yoga Class – Flow into relaxation with our guided yoga session, perfect for all levels.
- **6:30 PM**: Sound Healing Class – Immerse yourself in tranquility with soothing sound healing, designed to rejuvenate your spirit.
- **7:30 PM**: Fashion Show – Celebrate sustainable fashion with a showcase of eco-friendly designs.
- **8:45 PM**: Closing Grounding Ceremony – Conclude the day with a collective grounding ceremony to reflect and connect.

- This event is plastic-free; please bring a reusable water bottle that is not made of plastic. Attendees with plastic bottles will be turned away without a refund.
