About this Event
Frolick (est. 2011) was born from collaborations within Toronto's grassroots scenes, a unique mix of circus, musicians, urban gardeners, psytrance lovers and visionary artists. Dinner, theatre and dancing being the format of Frolick's transformational offerings, we focus on themes of dreams, magic, ecstacy, fantasy, whimsy and serendipity.
Frolick's artistic director, Matthew Krist commited to sharing techniques and styles at Sublunar's space that have inspired him in his creative path. Some workshop ideas include "Meisner Technique", theatre games, authentic movement, puppetry, as well as workshopping and developing his new play entitled Folklorick.
