Voiceover Masterclass at 80Hertz Recording Studios in Manchester!
Join us on Saturday 12th September at 10:00 AM for an exciting opportunity to explore a career as a professional voiceover actor at our Manchester Masterclass.
Whether you're new to the industry, work as an actor, podcast host, content creator, or are just someone that's always wanted to pursue voice acting but never had the chance.. This masterclasses is specifically designed to empower all creative voice users to build a creatively fulfilling, commercially viable voiceover career that keeps pace with industry trends.
This is a fast-moving and growing industry, and there is room for your voice. This masterclass provides the essential toolkit to get you started and establish strong foundations for your career.
Led by a leading Voiceover Account Manager Alex Griffiths and professional Voiceover Artist, Producer and Voice Coach Fiona Boylan. You'll also be recorded and coached by an expert sound engineer throughout the session.
Set within a real voiceover setting you'll work in a proffesional audio recording studio. You'll be thrown straight into the booth (with our support of course)! You will leave with three recordings tailored to your specific casting. Using scripts specially selected for your voice, by us, prior to the session.
We'll cover how to use your voice, discover your casting and take an in-depth look into the business side of things. Following the masterclass we head to a local bar for a networking session and Q&A (+ a drink!) previous networking sessions have included guest speakers from Equity (4PM onwards).
