Dr. Shelly Clevenger is a professor and department chair of the Victim Studies Department at Sam Houston State University. Her research areas of focus are victimization, and she has been published in journals such as Policing: An International Journal of Police Strategies and Management, American Journal of Criminal Justice, and Crime & Delinquency.
