What happens to your assets if you don’t have a will? In Singapore, if there is no will, your property and assets are distributed based on default laws...not necessarily according to your wishes.
Many families only realise this when it’s 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘁. Almost 1 in 2 Singaporeans (48%) do not have a will in place.
