Olympic Lifting event designed specifically for individuals interested in learning proper weightlifting mechanics to ultimately increase their power and athletic ability.

Thanks to its explosiveness, with quick accelerations and transitions from hip extension to hip flexion, and its high coordination demands, Olympic-style lifting has been an athletic development staple since the dawn of strength and conditioning. Olympic-lifting, also known as weightlifting, builds quicker and more powerful athletes.

Learn the lifts that train your ability to fire faster and relax faster, exactly what you need to go from good to great:

1. Mobility assessments and improvement strategies for wrists, shoulders, thoracic spine, hips, knees and ankles.

2. Foundational barbell lift positions on which Olympic-style lifts are built:

• Front Squat

• Overhead Squat

• Military Press

• Romanian Deadlifts (RDL)

• Push Press

3. Olympic-style lifts:

• Hang Clean/Snatch

• Muscle Clean/Snatch

• Clean/Snatch Pull

• Power Clean/Snatch

PRICING

Total Commitment Price- $595 when you register June 3rd, 2025 through October 1st, 2025 (SAVE $200!). This registration is final and non-refundable.

Standard Registration Price- $795 available June 3rd, 2025 through February 14, 2026. This registration is final and non-refundable, but transferable with a $300 transfer fee. Transfers are only valid and processed with an email request received on or before 45 days from event start date.

Late Registration Price- $895 available February 15th, 2026 through February 21st, 2026. This registration is final and non-refundable.
