Families in the Armed Forces community must often navigate the challenging balance between the unique demands of military life and the expectations of the civilian world. This one-day seminar is designed to help equip military families with the tools needed to strengthen relationships and enhance resilient behaviors within the family dynamic. In encouraging them to view their family unit as a shared responsibility team, participants will explore team-focused methods of developing and maintaining family resilience using four pillars of positive relationship building: collaboration, communication, consideration, and community. Through expert-led discussions, engagement with hands-on activities, and peer support, participants will gain practical strategies to build a strong, connected, and thriving family unit.
