Alhamdulillah, through a difficult season I realized many of us feel stuck and unsure of the next step. That’s why the Strong Women Workshop was born.
Allah ﷻ says in Surah At-Tahrim: *“Save yourselves and your families from a Fire.”*
It starts with us.
An Egyptian poet Ahmad Shawqi wrote:
*الأم مدرسة*
_The mother is a school._
Each of us is an influencer. You may not have 100,000 followers, but you have 1, 2, 5 children watching your actions, words, and moods daily. Your growth changes their world.
*In this workshop we’ll learn to:*
1. *Breathe with ease* - practical techniques for moments of overwhelm
2. *Nourish ourselves better* - simple shifts in eating habits
3. *Understand our emotions* - so we can manage them, not be managed by them
4. *Recognize the whispers of the nafs* - and respond with clarity
The goal is simple: to uplift, support, and change the trajectory of one woman’s life at a time. Because if we don’t take the first step for ourselves, how can we carry our families?
