Intro to STRONG Pilates (During Mother's Day Weekend!)
Join us in person for a fun Intro to STRONG Pilates session! Whether you're new to Pilates or just want to try something fresh, this intro class is perfect for you. Bring yourself, a friend (or your mom)! Let’s sweat, strengthen, and have a blast getting stronger together! We're excited to offer this class, normally $39, for just $10! Better yet? Bring a friend, and receive both tickets for half the price!
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- A 45-minute high-intesity, low-impact, Pilates-inspired workout introducing you to STRONG, the only fitness concept that combines Pilates, cardio, and strength-training into one class!
WHAT TO BRING
- Grip socks (required, available for purchase)
- Water bottle & sweat towel (recommended, available for purchase)
PARKING
- Free parking is available for up to 90 minutes with validation in The Charlie apartment garage, conveniently located at the studio.
