About this Event
This in-person talk at the Grapevine Centre is a practical and down-to-earth exploration of what really supports men’s health in the modern world. While advice around health can often feel overwhelming or confusing, this session brings things back to five simple, but powerful, foundations: nutrition, movement, sleep, connection, and stress management.
Led by Mark Spence, a former journalist turned men’s health coach, this talk will unpack how these core pillars influence long-term wellbeing. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of where many men struggle (often quietly), why small habits matter more than extreme approaches, and how to build a sustainable foundation for better health. Blending evidence-based insights with real-world practicality, you’ll also leave with some simple, easily actionable strategies.
Although this talk focuses on men’s health, it is open to everyone. Partners, friends, and anyone interested in better understanding men’s wellbeing are very welcome. This is an accessible, supportive session designed to cut through noise, reduce overwhelm, and help you focus on what truly makes a difference.
