Strong Body. Clear Mind. Wealthy Life. is a monthly community experience designed for high-achieving professionals who want to align their financial well-being with their physical and mental wellness.
This immersive gathering blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful money conversations creating intentional space to reconnect with yourself, build community, and redefine what a truly wealthy life looks like.
If you’re a lawyer, physician, business owner, executive, or driven professional navigating ambition, responsibility, and long-term success, this is your room.
What to Expect
Connection & Arrival
We’ll begin with check-in, introductions, and warm energy connecting with other ambitious professionals across NYC who value growth, health, and clarity.
Wellness Experience (12:45–1:40 PM)
Led by RockMil Indigenous Fitness, this portion of the experience grounds you in your body and breath:
- 10-minute invocation by Milton Washington, Founder & CEO of RockMil Indigenous Fitness
- 20-minute guided workout session
- 10–15-minute reflective discussion on the experience and its impact
Wealth, Community & Perspective (1:45–1:55 PM)
- A 5–10 minute talk by Anthony Williams, CFP®, Founder & CEO of Vivid Advisory and The Visionary Network, exploring the power of community and collaboration and what it truly means to live a wealthy life beyond money by building strength, clarity, and alignment across both life and finances.
Open community circle where attendees share (1:55 - 2:30 PM)
- Guests will briefly share what they enjoyed about the experience, where they’re from and what they do, and what they’re most passionate about right now. We will then continue to fellowship and build community. Those who opted for the VIP experience will be led to their private tour and experience.
This is a participatory, human-centered experience not a lecture or sales event.
