This workshop is for active yoga students (or anybody really!) interested in long-term energy recovery and regulation. I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing an evidence-based, physiology-informed experience that is practical and movement-forward.
The session includes:
- Breathwork: regulation and down-regulation techniques
- 30-Minute Yoga Flow
- Guided Body Scan (inspired by Yoga Nidra): for deep recovery
- Education and Reflection: on nutrition, connection/community, and shifting from effort to rest
Participants will gain practical tools for recovery and sustainable energy on and off the mat. All practices are accessible, and I have curated a take-home guidebook specifically for this event.
Participant needs: Yoga mat, water, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and any items of comfort.
