Join Us for Strong as a Mother!
Get ready to celebrate and empower motherhood at this in-person event! Whether you’re a mom, mom-to-be, or just love strong women, this is the place to be. Come and get a good workout at Iron Asylum and free goodies afterwards. All levels are welcome. We plan to start 9:00AM sharp and there will be modifictions for anyone that needs them. We will do a dynamic warmup, followed by a weight lifting portion and finisher that is Hyrox style! Don’t miss out on the fun, inspiration, and sisterhood waiting for you at Strong as a Mother!
