Join us for a high-energy STRIKELAB class as part of the Falls Church Fitness Challenge! 🥊On Saturday, April 18 at 10:30am, STRIKELAB brings their signature boxing and kickboxing workout to Berman Park in Falls Church (236 Irving St).
Expect a fun, all-levels session focused on striking fundamentals, conditioning, and total-body movement. No experience needed — just bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and be ready to move! If you have hand wraps and gloves, bring them with you to get some extra work in, should you like!
Whether you’re training hard or just trying something new, this is a great way to get outside, connect with the community, and be part of the Falls Church Fitness Challenge.
