Stretch The Stress Away - Mindful Movement Yoga Workshop Wirral

Join us at the next monthly workshop. Lots of people suffer with stress that can be caused by lots of different things for example sleep deprivation anxiety and depression, Being a carer or a parent, Every day stress or chronic stress, Work related stress or ptsd and much more. It doesn’t matter what causes it as it’s still stress and psychology tell us that for every stress that we have in our daily lives we should find a counter or de-stresser. Sometimes we don’t have time to de-stress or we don’t have space for it, some people may not recognise what a de-stressed is. At the monthly class we dedicate time to move in a mindful way that is not only uplifting but it gets energy and feel good hormones moving throughout the body which helps to release stored emotions and tension within the muscles. We also focus on practice movements as postures that promote strength flexibility and healing within the body and of course focus a lot of the time on relaxation and techniques that calm the nervous system. What is more is that at my classes I not only demonstrate to you but I also explain some of the movers postures and techniques so you can go home with the information and input it into your daily life to help support you in your healing journey of becoming more calm relaxed and grounded. If you feel drawn and you think this sounds or feels like somthing you would like to practice in a safe space alongside other like minded people that you relate with contact to reserve a space on the next monthly workshop. Sunday 21st June 11am in Birkenhead. All ages and genders welcome. This is a mixed class so it is suitable for complete beginners and those with experience. All welcome!
