Start your Saturday with a soul-nourishing morning at South Lake Temescal!
We’ll begin with a one-hour all-levels yoga class in the park, flowing through poses that awaken your body, calm your mind, and connect you with the natural surroundings. After yoga, we’ll close with the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath, helping you release tension and enter deep relaxation.
For those who wish, we’ll finish with a gentle group stroll around South Lake Temescal, extending the peaceful, grounding energy into nature.
