Held on the grassy area directly across from Cascade Bikes, this one-hour class is perfect for all fitness levels and includes a complimentary Starbucks coffee for all attendees. Come early to sign your waiver, secure your spot, and enjoy a relaxing, community-centered start to your Saturday.
