EVENT OVERVIEW
Life can feel nonstop — between responsibilities, work, family, and mental load, it’s easy to forget to slow down and take care of yourself. Stretch & Reset with Oasis was created as a safe, welcoming space for you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body and mind.
This weekly Thursday class focuses on gentle stretching, mindful movement, and breathwork designed to release built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and help you feel grounded again. Whether you’re a mom who rarely gets quiet time, an entrepreneur carrying constant stress, or simply someone in need of a reset, this class meets you exactly where you are.
No experience is required — beginners and all bodies are welcome. The environment is relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to your body throughout the session.
