Stretch & Release is a slow, intentional, all-levels class designed to help you decompress your body, calm your nervous system, and actually feel the difference in how you move.
Set to a smooth slow jam R&B vibe, this class blends assisted-style techniques, mobility work, and restorative movement so you can release tension stored in your hips, back, shoulders, and more.
Whether you work out regularly, sit at a desk, are always on your feet, or just feel tight and stiffâthis class meets you where you are.

Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher.

I specialize in mobility, assisted stretching, and helping everyday people (not just athletes) get out of pain, reduce stiffness, and reconnect with their bodies.
