As the days grow longer and the air turns sweet with the scent of early summer, join us for Stroll & Share. This evening is designed to help you slow down, stretch out the day, and enjoy the simple joy of moving together in nature. Whether you’re looking to meet new friends or simply find a moment of peace, this is your invitation to breathe and connect.
The Experience
We’ll gather at the beautiful McAlpine Creek Greenway for a balanced evening of movement and community:
- Warm-Up: We’ll begin with light stretching to wake up the body and transition out of the workday hustle.
- The Walk: A 4–5 mile easy stroll along the greenway. Expect light elevation changes and plenty of room for conversation, reflection, or quiet enjoyment of the trail.
- Cool Down: We’ll close with a final stretch session to release tension and settle into the evening.
- Optional Meetup: After the walk, join us nearby for a relaxed social hour. It’s a great chance to share stories, build friendships, and soak up the early summer air.
