Bring some food you enjoy, something you’d be happy to share with others if you feel like it. Also, if you can, bring your own yoga mat, we’ll have a limited number available on site.

Kezdd a napod egy jó kis nyújtással, lazítással!
Csatlakozz hozzánk reggel a Dankó udvarban, ahol együtt mozgunk a szabad levegőn! A nyújtás után pedig piknikezünk egyet. Hozd el a kedvenc reggelidet és oszd meg másokkal is, ha szeretnéd! Ha van saját matracod, kérjük hozd magaddal, a helyszínen mi is tudunk adni néhányat, de csak korlátozott számban.
A programot angol nyelven tartjuk, így a nyelvtudásodat is fejlesztheted.
