🌱we are sadly starting to say goodbye to this oasis that is the real heart of the city.
let us collectively remember what it was like to be an organism, listening to what our cells have been waiting to tell us.
here we respond to movements within ourselves, within each other and within the plants and tiny creatures.
here we are being danced by the silence and the pulse of a collective heartbeat.
🌸 join us in the beginning for a meditation that will lead into the jam. We will meditate together, listening to the sounds of the urban space melting into the nature space.
Stillness into Movement.
Inner and Outer Sound.
Chaos into Order.
This frame is inspired by Contemplative Dance Practice. No experience in dance or contact improvisation is necessary 🙂
🌸 there will also be a typewriter where we will weave words together during the jam and create a collective diary.

Saturday May 23rd from 15:00-17:00.
15:00 - arrival
15:30 - meditation starts
16:00 - jam begins
16:45 - closing circle and heart sharing
