Join us for an evening of restorative, yin inspired, yoga led by Monica.Together, using gentle seated yoga postures we will open the body, the heart and the mind; ending with a deeply restful Sound & Reiki savasana.
All levels welcome.
Nothing required to bring except water as we will have everything you will need.
