Our STRETCH sessions are designed to help you move better and recover smarter.The class runs for one hour and focuses on mobility, breathwork, and active flexibility. Each session gently guides you through a series of stretches and flows to ease tightness, improve range of motion, and reconnect with your body.
It’s ideal for preventing injuries and learning stretches and mobility work you can take home with you. Perfect for unwinding after a big week of training (or life).
