Many men carry more pressure than they let on.
When that pressure isn’t processed, it eventually shows up in ways we didn’t intend — in our tone, our relationships, and how present we actually are.
This men-only breathwork workshop offers a grounded space to release that pressure and reconnect with clarity, presence, and inner steadiness.
Many men attending are first-timers. You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork or meditation.
🌟 What Happens During the Session
During the session, trained breathwork and meditation facilitator Bill Vollmer will guide you through a powerful breathing practice that activates energy and allows stored tension and emotions to move and release.
This process often creates strong physical sensations, emotional movement, and moments of clarity as the body releases what it has been holding.
You remain in control of your experience and can participate at your own pace.

• Quiet a busy or racing mind
• Reconnect with their body and deeper presence

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Unmanaged severe mental health challenges
