About Tejas D. Dhoke
Tejas D. Dhoke is one of India’s most dynamic dance educators, choreographers, and cultural entrepreneurs. He is widely respected for redefining dance as more than performance - positioning it as a structured pathway for learning, personal growth, and community building.
He is the visionary behind Nritya Sadhana, a pioneering approach integrating movement, breath work, and mindfulness - positioning dance as a transformative tool for mental health and conscious living.
Originally trained as a law professional, Tejas transitioned into dance with a bold vision, to create an ecosystem where art meets discipline and creativity meets system.
