About this Event
Each of us has experienced symptoms of stress from time to time. Although stress can be unpleasant, we can learn to manage and respond to it in a helpful way. In our live one-hour webinar, with Lynne Couchara, C&W Counselor, participants will learn how to better recognize stress and acquire coping skills and techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation, and healthy habits. These strategies help reduce stress and improve focus, creativity, productivity, and overall mental and physical well-being.
