Stress Less - AT Mini-Class
In this workshop we’ll explore experiences that help us reconnect with our whole self (mind, body, emotions) so that we can become more aware of habits of thinking and reaction, and experience the present moment more fully. Being present is an important step toward inviting more choice into our lives.
Emily & Mike will lead this class featuring everyday activities where we can bring our awareness back to the present moment and learn to let go of habits that cause us to feel more stressed. Hands-on guidance will help deepen your experience of the work and allow you to start developing skills for reducing stress throughout your day. We’ll explore simple movements that you can use to improve your awareness of thinking and mindset.
