Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor with Yoga!

This will be a beginner friendly Hatha Yoga flow class where we'll be focusing on engaging the Mula Banda, which is the Sanskrit word for the muscle groups present in the pelvic floor. Participants can expect breathing exercises, warm up, internal muscle control work, holding poses for an extended 6-10 breaths, and a few laughs along the way. Having a strong pelvic floor is important for sexual health and increasing sexual pleasure for ALL genders!

Note: I'll have some props and yoga mats available, but please bring a yoga mat if you have one! And a towel.

Noel Galopante is the creator of The Sparkle Path: transformative healing containers for addressing the impacts of trauma, cultivating freedom, and inspiring connection to spirit and each other. They’re a transgender and two spirit healer, ritualist, artist, educator, and spiritual worker trained in the modalities of Spirit Integration, Heaven on Earth Reiki, and Shamanic Journeywork. They received their RYT-200 from the Holistic Yoga School in Fort Collins, CO. They offer workshops and 1:1 sessions on healing from childhood trauma, Reiki, nature immersions, inner child healing, power exchange relationships and BDSM, conflict mediation, sexual liberation, and magical and spiritual practices. Noel specializes in healing the roots of dissociation, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and chronic pain conditions.
