Free Community Workout Series with Downtown Dallas Inc. + Fitness Ambassadors

Join us at Harwood Park every Tuesday in April for the Strength & Sweat Series, a free outdoor fitness series designed to bring the Downtown Dallas community together through movement.

Each week features a different top Dallas trainer delivering a high-energy, all-levels workout — followed by a post-sweat social with local vendors, brand activations, and community connection.

• 🕜 Check-In Opens: 6:30 PM
• 🚗 Parking: Free street parking after 6 PM | Garage parking at Jackson & Harwood
