Strength and Mobility Workshop
Join us in person for a fun and interactive strength and mobility workshop! The session explores the relationship between strength, mobility, and running biomechanics, and how these factors influence efficiency, performance, and injury risk. Participants will gain insight into common running-related injuries, basic running mechanics, and how to recognise early warning signs. The workshop includes a guided 40-minute strength and mobility session, giving practical exercises that highlight individual movement patterns, strengths, and limitations. This session is designed to help runners build body awareness, train with purpose, and develop long-term resilience.
