Strength & Stretch: A Private Pilates Experience
Get ready to move, build, and restore.
Join us for the debut of our brand-new Strength & Stretch series — an elevated private Pilates experience designed to challenge your body and leave you feeling completely renewed.
This class kicks off with 35 minutes of strength-based Pilates focused on core and lower body, followed by 10–15 minutes of active stretching to release tension, improve mobility, and help your body recover the right way.
This isn't your average Pilates class. Each session is intentional, themed, and built to progress — so every time you show up, you're building on what came before.
What to expect:
