
About this Event
Our STRENGTH sessions are ideal for those who are eager to hone in on their lifting techniques & build their overall strength. `The class runs for one hour and each session explores a fundamental compound lift (think deadlifts, bench press & squats). We then follow this with accessory work and a finisher to leave you sweaty and ready for your weekend.
Classes are designed for everyone of all abilities so wether you are a complete beginner, or a seasoned gym rat, you'll be sure to get something from STRENGTH.
