Our STRENGTH sessions are for those who are eager to build their overall strength. `The class rums for one hour and each session we explore a fundamental compound lift (think deadlifts, bench press & squats). We then follow this with accessory work and a finisher to leave you sweaty and ready for your weekend.
Classes are designed for everyone of all abilities so wether you are a complete beginner, or a seasoned vet, you'll be sure to get something from STRENGTH.
