About this Event

Welcome to Strategies for Finding Stability in Parenting!
Parenting is A LOT! Between chauffeur, referee, project manager, chef (and all the rest of it), we bounce from one thing to the next, making it hard to choose how we’d like to show up for our kids.

Join us at The Valley School on January 31, 2026 at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) for an insightful presentation. We'll talk about improving your wellbeing, letting go of unsustainable expectations, staying grounded, and keeping joy in your life. Learn about strategies such as Don't Pick Up the Lettuce! and Pile On. Whether you're a new parent or have years of experience, you'll leave with a sense of how to create more stability so you can show up as the parent you want to be.

Dr. Feliza Guidero is a parent (two kids, three guinea pigs) and licensed clinical psychologist with decades of experience working with parents and kids. You can learn more about her at www.truewestpsych.com. See you on January 31st!
