Lydia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her work.

Her skills span accounting, fundraising, board development, and overall nonprofit management, making her a valuable resource for any organization looking to enhance its impact. In addition to her consulting role at SDNC, Lydia is the Founder and CEO of Hands4Hope LA, a nonprofit organization, and serves as Treasurer on the board for the American Baptist Churches of Los Angeles, Southwest, and Hawaii. These roles reflect her ongoing commitment to supporting and empowering the nonprofit sector.
