Levi began coaching during his 11-year real estate career, where he built one of Idaho’s top-performing teams while becoming a top producer himself. That experience shaped his approach today, grounded in real-world execution and what it actually takes to develop people and drive performance.
His approach is direct, practical, and built around one core belief: the health of a business will never outpace the health of its leadership. He helps leaders close that gap.
Today, Levi partners with companies across the country to strengthen leadership, raise standards, and create cultures people want to be part of.
He is a husband, a proud girl dad, and a 3-time Ironman finisher. He and his family are based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and spend part of each year in Maui, Hawaii.
